New staff join us!
I am delighted to announce that we have two new members of part time staff joining us. Mrs Kate Nicholson (TA) will be working all day Monday & Tuesday and Wednesday & Thursday mornings and will be providing additional support in our KS2 classes. She will also be working 1:1 with pupils providing academic and emotional support. Mrs Kathryn Davis will be joining us on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons in the woods and all day Friday in Year 3/4 as a HLTA.
Mrs Nicolson will be starting with us this coming Tuesday and Mrs Davis will be starting with us after the Christmas break. Until January we have a supply HLTA (Mrs Smith) who is working Wednesday & Thursday afternoon in the woods and all day Friday in Year 3/4.

Hi there.
My name is Kate Nicholson and I am very pleased to be joining Rowsley Primary school as a Teaching Assistant next week. I have worked in local schools for the last 20 years and have three children of my own and a springer spaniel called Ellie who I enjoy the great outdoors with.
Please come and have a chat with me if you see me around school. I am looking forward to getting to know the children and the parents.

My name is Mrs Davis and I'm excited to be joining the friendly team at Rowsley. I have been teaching for 13 years, mostly in Sheffield but we have recently moved to the Derbyshire Dales and love it here. I enjoy being outside, from gardening to long walks and runs in the countryside. I'm really looking forward to getting to know you all.
